These sweet and salty Salted Chocolate Caramel Chip Bars are loaded with caramel chips and make dessert time extra decadent.
The past few years I have looked forward to participating in the Cookies For Kids Cancer blogger collective, last year I was pretty swamped with two new babies and sad I would be missing out. Lucky for me and for you this year there is a Valentine’s event instead and so we’ve got you covered if you’re looking for the perfect Valentine’s Day treat!
I’ve always been a chocolate instead of flowers kind of girl, don’t get me wrong I like both, but you can’t eat tulips! Pair said chocolate with caramel and I am one happy girl. Any Valentine’s Day that includes a bit of chocolate covered caramel is a winner in my book, so it’s no surprise I couldn’t stop eating these Salted Chocolate Caramel Chip Bars.
These sweet and salty, chewy chocolate cookie bars are filled with caramel chips and sure to put a smile on your face. Grab yourself a glass of milk and get ready to dig in; enjoy and happy baking!

We are doing this event because we want to make a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer.
Did you know that cancer is the #1 cause of death of children by disease in the U.S.? There are 40,000 U.S. children actively battling cancer right now. With less than 4% of the National Cancer Institute’s budget going to all childhood cancer combined, I knew it was important for me to get involved.
Help us make a difference by donating to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer! Our goal is to raise at least $3000. Because these three companies: Dixie Crystals, Land O’Lakes and Mediavine have each pledged to match our donations raised through this campaign up to $3000!!!
Currently, we have raised: $1,515 we are a little over HALF WAY towards our $3000 goal, will you help us with a donation today? Every little bit helps!
We have until February 28th to raise $3000! So please donate today!
