Satisfy your sweet tooth with a steamy cup of this Classic Hot Chocolate, perfect for the cooler weather!
Winter is upon us and for me the dropping temperatures always brings a craving for hot chocolate. I’m talking “hot chocolate” not “cocoa”. What’s the difference you ask? Plain and simple it is the taste, hot chocolate is rich and decadent, smooth and dangerously satisfying. Hot cocoa is good, don’t get me wrong, but there is no comparing it to the real thing! I’ll admit whenever I travel and will be staying in a hotel I pack those convenient little packets of cocoa, I always freeze in hotels.
This classic hot chocolate is so easy to make and simply divine to drink. So next time the temperatures have you reaching for a warm, comforting drink I recommend mixing up a batch of this hot chocolate. Pair it with cookies, your breakfast or make it a real treat and top it off with some whipped cream; I hope you’ll enjoy!
