Rich, creamy Double Chocolate Cashew Ice Cream is studded with chopped cashews and chocolate and it's dairy free!

Summer is in full swing and around here that means hot weather, enjoying the great outdoors and of course ice cream. What better way to cool off on a hot summer day than enjoying a scoop of rich chocolate ice cream. How about a chocolate ice cream that is irresistibly rich, loaded with chocolate and cashew bits and dairy free.

This ice cream is made using the new Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk which is irresistibly creamy with 1/3 less sugar and half the calories of lowfat chocolate dairy milk. It tastes great right out of the carton, but is even better in this delicious dairy free ice cream. I’m all about the chocolate so obviously I am on team chocolate, but did you know Silk Cashew Milk also comes in Vanilla now; which would you choose?

The ice cream base comes together in minutes, as with most ice cream recipes you’re going to need a bit of patience, but trust me it’s worth it when you taste this rich chocolate ice cream. If you are looking for a dairy free or vegan ice cream to indulge your sweet tooth, then look no further.

Kick back, relax and cool off with a scoop of this delicious dairy free ice cream, I hope you’ll enjoy!

Oooo, love double chocolate, but double chocolate ice cream? Even better, especially since it’s so hot right now. Love how you’ve used the cashew milk in this… fab! And I totally dig the whole chocolate + nut combo too.

I love that you used cashew milk as a base for the ice cream. We’re testing out a dairy free diet for my daughter right now so this is definitely a treat she’ll be thankful for!
