Smooth, creamy and totally satisfying this Peanut Butter Brownie Smoothie makes a great breakfast for on the go or a delicious, sweet afternoon pick me up.
It’s summer and that means my house is full of hungry kids all day long and I have very little time for me. I end up cooking almost daily but hardly ever for myself, which is why I love a good quick, easy recipe. Since I can’t make myself eggs every morning, sometimes I just whip up a smoothie and call it done. I love chocolate and peanut butter together so when I saw the recipe for this Peanut Butter Brownie Smoothie I just knew I was going to love it!
If you’ve been a reader around here for a while then you already know I love brownies and smoothies so this was a natural first choice from the new cookbook The Protein Smoothie Bible by Erin Indahl-Fink of Delightful E Made. I met Erin years ago at a blogging conference in Virginia and when she told me she was writing a book I was so excited and proud of her and also excited to see it because I love smoothies! Like I said I have kids, so anyway I can get them to eat healthy is a win for me. You need to try this soon, enjoy!
