Did you know that Thursday May 15th is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day? What’s your favorite kind of cookie? I am pretty partial to all things chocolate, so any excuse to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie seems like a good one to me! I think I will celebrate by baking up a batch of these Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies, they are one of my all-time favorite cookie recipes!
