Oatmeal Cinnamon Chip Muffins with Cinnamon Streusel

Filed Under: breakfast, easy Tagged With: cinnamon, muffin, muffins, oat, streusel

Enjoy a warm Oatmeal Cinnamon Chip Muffins with Cinnamon Streusel for breakfast and start your day with delicious cinnamon goodness!
This was my interpretation of a chocolate muffin recipe, converted for my hubby who loves cinnamon and sugar. I mean, who doesn’t love cinnamon? It takes me back to my childhood when cinnamon & sugar toast was a daily desire. Plus there is oatmeal in the recipe, one of my personal favorites – it’s healthy, it’s tasty and it fills you up, so basically its amazing! But back to the muffins, side note: I always make regular size and mini, because the mini are just so cute. These muffins turned out to be delicious, and very impressive looking, I think streusel has a way of making even the simplest dish look more chic. Like I said the recipe is an adaptation of another, I hope that you’ll get a chance to try them, enjoy and happy baking!
