Fiesta Pasta Bake is loaded with lean ground chicken, corn, black beans, tomatoes and chilis, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

8 Oz Rotini pasta Cooked according to box
1/2 Lb Ground chicken Cooked
1/2 C Corn kernels
1/2 C Black beans
10 Oz Tomatoes and chilis
2 Tbs Taco seasoning
1 c Shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350F and spray an 8”x8” baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients except the shredded cheese.
Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and top with cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden, serve warm.
