Snickers Apple Blondies | It Bakes Me Happy

Happy November! How was your weekend? Mine was spent eating way to much leftover Halloween candy, playing with the kids and baking a batch of these delicious Snickers Apple Blondies.

Because you can never have too much good stuff packed into a dessert bar I thought what better combo than Snickers and apple. A quick search of Pinterest will easily provide at least a dozen ways to enjoy the two, so I thought why not make some blondies?

This is just absolutely brilliant. I can’t say whether or not I have even 8 mini snickers bars left from this weekend………….. but I might have to put the leftovers aside just in case! They look so good!

Emily, I need these in my life so badly! Also, since it was so freakishly cold here in Michigan we had three trick or treaters (and consequently, have massive bags of chocolate taunting me in our house)–much of that will be transformed into these bars 🙂
