Tuna Vegetable Orzo Salad makes a delicious and super easy dinner for those nights when you want to serve your family something quick and healthy.
Did you know that Bumble Bee Tuna is a great source of protein and low in fat? Now that summer vacation has come to an end and we are getting into the swing of the school year I am trying to whip our diets back into shape and that especially means serving a healthy dinner. This Tuna Vegetable Orzo Salad is a quick make ahead salad your whole family can enjoy after a busy day.
You can make it with either Bumble Bee Premium Albacore Tuna or Light Tuna, which can be found at your local grocer in both pouches or cans. I especially love the “no-can-opener-required” option the pouches provide! I always keep a few on hand in the pantry for those nights when I don’t really “feel” like making dinner. Yeah, I know we all have them and luckily this pasta salad is so simple, it hardly feels like any work at all.
Whether you make it in the morning and let it chill all day or take it along to work or school this delicious, light, refreshing meal soon is something your whole family will love. What are some of your favorite meals to make that include tuna? I’m always on the look out for a few more ways to solve the week-night dinner dilemma. I hope you will try this Tuna Vegetable Orzo Salad soon, enjoy!
