Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 3/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 c Cabot Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbs powdered peadnut butter
  • 1 Tbs cacao powder/dark cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides I like Sports Research
  • 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c frozen pumpkin puree scoop pumpkin puree into 1 Tbs rounds and freeze until solid


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender, (frozen pumpkin puree should be the last item added so its on top) blend until smooth, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

  2. Optional topping: 1 - 2 Tbs of pumpkin granola
