I love my husband, and since he had been asking for cookies this week, I decided to make him some yesterday. One of his favorite cookies is what we refer to as Nestle Toll House cookies without the “toll” – i.e. no chocolate, but don’t be dismayed, you know how much he likes cinnamon, so I threw in some cinnamon chips too. I don’t bake cookies often, mainly because I won’t eat them, but I like to make people happy and I like to bake, so it’s a win, win situation. With that said if your feeling like a stroll down memory lane mix up a batch of these cookies, with chocolate or anything you like and enjoy!

2 large eggs
1 c cinnamon chips
