Preheat your oven to 325º F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
In a large mixing bowl stir together the oats, pecans, flaxmeal and cinnamon.
In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, water and maple syrup.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until thouroughly coated. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
After the first 20 minutes, gently stir the granola so it will evenly bake. Check the granola in 10 minute increments until desired crispness is acheived, I prefer mine crunchy so about 40 minutes baking time total.
