Honey Roasted Glazed Carrots are a tender, sweet side dish that makes a perfect addition to any meal.

Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots

Yield 4-6 servings



  1. Preheat your oven to 425º F.
  2. In a steam basket, steam the carrots for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan combine the honey, butter and sea salt.
  4. Drain the water off the carrots and toss in the honey mixture.
  5. Prepare a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray and evenly spread the carrots on the bottom of the pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, carefully remove from the oven and serve warm.
