Prepare a small bowl or 6 oz ramekin with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and chocolate chips. In a small mixing bowl add the flax meal and water and let sit a few minutes to thicken, then add the almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined; transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and microwave on high for two minutes.
Remove carefully and let cool a couple of minutes, serve warm.
