Instructions

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl stir together the sugar, pumpkin, almond milk and egg; until smooth.
  2. Add the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips; stir until it just comes together.
  3. Spoon the batter onto a hot prepared waffle iron and cook according to desired crispness. Remove carefully and serve warm.
