Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, pecans, egg yolk, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla, until the cookie dough starts to come together.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet, bake for 11-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool 5 minutes, serve warm.
